Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Shri Edibles Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our official website (www.shrifoodgroup.com) and other e-marketplace platforms where our products are sold.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product is expired at the time of delivery.

The product is missing parts or items from the order.

The return request is made within 1 days of delivery (as per platform-specific policies).

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable items (such as food & beverages) cannot be returned unless damaged or expired.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products purchased under promotional offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at +91 78911 11931 or raise a return request on the platform where you purchased the product.

2. Provide the order details, reason for return, and clear images of the product and packaging.

3. Once the return request is approved, our team will arrange for a pickup (if applicable) or provide further instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) or as store credit.

Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 4-5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Partial Refunds: If a part of the order is returned, the refund will be calculated accordingly.

Marketplace Refunds: If purchased through an e-marketplace, refunds will be processed as per their policies.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
